الشرط العام: يجب أن يكون للشخص جواز سفر أجنبي صالح (وأن لا يحمل الجنسية الإيرانية). يجب أن توافق منظمة شؤون الطلبة على أنه لا يوجد حظر قانوني يمنع الشخص من متابعة تعليمه في الجامعة المعنية. يجب أن يكون الشخص قد أكمل استمارة الطلب على الموقع الإلكتروني لتنظيم ونظام الطلاب غير الإيرانيين. يجب أن توافق منظمة شؤون الطلبة على أن الشخص المعني مؤهلا للجمهور (المراسلات والحصول على تأكيد من السلطات وفقا لقوانين وأنظمة جمهورية إيران الإسلامية). الشرط الحصري: يجب أن يكون للشخص أحدث شهادة تعليمية (شهادة نهاية الدورة) حصل عليها من الدولة الوطنية وقائمة كاملة بجميع درجات القبول في الصف الأعلى. يجب أن تكون جميع الوثائق المطلوبة (شهادة نهاية الدراسة وقائمة ريزينماراتي) معترف بها كأصلية في سفارة أو قنصلية جمهورية إيران الإسلامية وأن تكون مترجمة إلى اللغتين الفارسية والإنجليزية. يتم قبول المتقدمين للدراسة في جميع مجالات الدراسة بعد موافقة وكيل وزارة التربية والتعليم ودائرة الاختصاص في الدائرة المعنية. الحصول على موافقة المجموعة وإجراء المقابلة وتحديد أستاذ الإرشاد إلزاميان لمقدمي درجة الدكتوراه. قبل الالتحاق بالكلية ودراسة الموضوع، يتطلب مركز تدريس اللغة الفارسية دورة دراسية للغة الفارسية لمدة ستة أشهر. وفي الحالات التي يطلب فيها مقدم الطلب تعليما باللغة الانكليزية، يجري ذلك بعد إجراء مقابلة (تقييم لمستوى اللغة المستخدمة في طلب التعليم) وموافقة الفريق المتفق عليه. الوثائق: يجب عرض مبدأ ومبدأ المؤهلات (شهادة نهاية الدورة مع ريسنمارات) وتقديم جواز سفر ساري المفعول (الجواز الأصلي) والصفحة الأولى والأخيرة من تأشيرة الدخول إلى الدولة. يجب الحصول على نموذج طلب الانتساب للتعليم الجامعي!
