In the field of Social Research, students should exhibit a keen interest in both theoretical and practical research. They delve into the study and analysis of social theories while also engaging in field research, immersing themselves among people to gain firsthand insights. This balance of theoretical understanding and practical experience is a hallmark of this discipline.

History is a field of study that explores the past transformations of human society, which can be rooted in political, economic, social, or cultural contexts. Students of history need to exhibit discipline and possess the ability to accurately depict and critically analyze historical events. The discipline of history intersects with various other fields such as philosophy, geography, sociology, economics, politics, and culture, creating a comprehensive understanding of societal evolution.

The design, development, and modification of computer software and hardware systems encompass several fields. These include software engineering, artificial intelligence and robotics, computer systems architecture, algorithms and computing engineering, as well as network and secure computing. These disciplines employ scientific analysis, mathematical models, programming, and documentation to construct and assess computer systems.

A Ph.D. in Mathematics encompasses two primary approaches: 1. **Pure Mathematics**: This approach delves into various trends such as Analysis, Algebra, and Geometry, and fields including Groups, Functional Analysis, Harmonic Analysis, Hormonal Groups, Topological Groups, Dynamical Systems, Differential Equations, Partial Differential Equations, and Probability Theory. 2. **Applied Mathematics**: This approach focuses on areas such as Numerical Analysis, Operations Research, Numerical Methods in Linear Algebra, Numerical Solutions of Functional Equations, Random Processes, and Boundary Value Problems. These approaches provide a comprehensive understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of mathematics, equipping students with the skills to tackle complex mathematical problems and applications.

Animal science is an interdisciplinary field that encompasses various aspects of animal physiology, genetics, breeding, nutrition, hygiene, disease prevention, and management. It provides comprehensive knowledge on the breeding of various animal species, including light livestock, poultry, aquatic animals, bees, and silkworms. The aim is to enhance animal production for commercial purposes or domestic breeding. This discipline employs techniques grounded in health, nutrition, and economic principles to optimize livestock and poultry management, contributing to the advancement of the agricultural sector.
