Indeed, Geogeology, housed in the Department of Basic Sciences of the Earth Sciences Complex or Geology, is a specialized branch of geology. Its primary aim is to offer exploratory services to the upstream sector of the oil industry. This involves studying the Earth's subsurface structures for the exploration and extraction of oil and gas. It's a critical field that contributes to our understanding of natural resources and plays a vital role in the energy sector

This field encompasses the legal rules that protect the rights of creators of literary, artistic, and intellectual works. It covers topics such as copyright, intellectual property, patents, and the rights of merchants and industrialists to trade trademarks and trade secrets. This comprehensive approach ensures the protection of creative and intellectual endeavors, fostering innovation and progress.

A Ph.D. in Mathematics encompasses two primary approaches: 1. **Pure Mathematics**: This approach delves into various trends such as Analysis, Algebra, and Geometry, and fields including Groups, Functional Analysis, Harmonic Analysis, Hormonal Groups, Topological Groups, Dynamical Systems, Differential Equations, Partial Differential Equations, and Probability Theory. 2. **Applied Mathematics**: This approach focuses on areas such as Numerical Analysis, Operations Research, Numerical Methods in Linear Algebra, Numerical Solutions of Functional Equations, Random Processes, and Boundary Value Problems. These approaches provide a comprehensive understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of mathematics, equipping students with the skills to tackle complex mathematical problems and applications.

Graduates of this field are equipped to work in units that require a balance of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. They are capable of contributing to public knowledge, conducting research, and engaging in practical work. In addition to producing works, they can also contribute to public works or workshops and research departments. They are capable of providing thought leadership, guidance, and making necessary modifications. This holistic training prepares them for a wide range of roles and responsibilities.
